Hi, I’m Scott. I’m a licensed, InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector in the Evansville area. A home is a serious investment and needs maintained. Whether you want to be sure of what you’re buying, want to show that what you’re selling is in good condition, or want to protect your investment, I would love to help you with your pre-sell, pre-buy, or maintenance home inspections. All military and first responders get a 10% discount.

After finding out that some inspection software companies have been bought and the inspection records potentially data-mined, I have reached out to Inspector Toolbelt (the software I currently use) to get their position on this potential breach of confidentiality. Inspector Toolbelt has a statement posted on their page inspectortoolbelt.com that they do not resell or otherwise market inspection information.
